Find the actual door
Compare studio entrances, accessible routes and the return trip. A lunch-hour slot needs more than the session duration in the calendar.
Ask for a full street address, suite or floor, entrance, accessible route and any after-hours procedure. A neighbourhood name is not enough to calculate travel or verify that a coach can use a building’s gym.
Compare the working week
Check the trip at the time of day you would attend, including changes of clothes and the return journey. Compare an in-studio session with any mobile option using the same all-in costs and coaching time.
Ground anchor and entrance
Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue anchor a broad corridor, not a single training zone. A Queen West label can refer to quite different walks and transit connections. Confirm the street number and approach from the stop you actually use.
A comparable training choice
Compare privacy and noise at the proposed venue, especially if coaching would occur in a shared gym. Ask whether the trainer provides a written independent plan or whether all work is expected to happen during paid sessions.
Before committing
Confirm the trainer’s identity, credential, venue permissions, session length, cancellation terms and a written first-month plan. The guide does not list or endorse a provider in this area.
